Orders & Access

What do I receive after purchase?

You will receive access to the digital product(s) you purchased (e.g., PDFs, guides, templates, or digital resources). Delivery is typically via on-screen confirmation, email, and/or your account dashboard.

Do I need an account to purchase?

We may automatically create an account for you using your email to securely deliver your digital content and keep your access in one place. You can reset your password anytime.

I didn’t receive my download or access email. What should I do?

Please check your Spam/Junk folder and search for emails from hello@velaurahaven.com.

Can I download the product multiple times?

Depending on the product settings, you may be able to re-download from your account/dashboard. If you face any issue, contact support and we’ll help restore access.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via our payment partner(s), including UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods as available at checkout.

My payment failed but money got deducted. What happens?

Sometimes banks show a temporary debit that reverses automatically. If the order does not get confirmed, please wait up to 24–72 hours for reversal. If it doesn’t reverse, email us with your transaction reference.

Refunds & Policies

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered/accessed. However, if you face a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will assist.

Can I share or resell the digital product?

No. Purchases are for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or uploading to third-party sites is not permitted.
